В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с наступлением из-за кризиса существующей долларовой системы периода поиска новой формулы мирового порядка, причем речь идет о переходе в некую новую систему, в рамках которой могут быть инкорпорированы ключевые элементы существовавшего ранее золото-девизного стандарта. В этих условиях у России теоретически есть всего несколько лет для того, чтобы, воспользовавшись временной неопределенностью на Западе, запустить действительно суверенную модель экономики и, прежде всего, на основе кардинального переформатирования внешнеэкономической модели.
The article considers issues related to the period of the search fora new formula of the world order because of the crisis in the existing dollar system and notably an issue is about the transition to a certain new system within which key elements of the previously existing gold-exchange standard can be incorporated. In these circumstances, Russia theoretically has only a few years to use the temporary uncertainty in the West, for launching a truly sovereign model of the economy and, first of all, on the basis of a cardinal reformatting of the external economic model.
