Аргументируется необходимость использования широкого спектра мер прямого и косвенного регулирования рынка для достижения национальных целей и задач общественного развития.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article assesses the influence of environmental factors on the development of the market of alcohol and alcohol-containing products.
