В статье рассматриваются геополитические и социальноэкономические последствия распада СССР как единого государства, указываются как положительные, так и негативные изменения, произошедшие в странах СНГ вследствие распада СССР, определяются перспективы их дальнейшей интеграции.

The article considers the geopolitical and social-economic consequences of the USSR disintegration as the uniform state. It specifies both the positive, and negative changes which occurred in the CIS countries owing to the above disintegration and defines prospects for their further integration.
