В статье рассматриваются актуальные аспекты реформирования газового рынка Евросоюза, усиление неопределенности и рисков при поставках российского газа в Европу, позиция «Газпрома» на рынке ЕС. Исследуется возможная роль сжиженного природного газа (далее – СПГ) в энергообеспечении ЕС, оцениваются конкурентные позиции в Европе трубопроводного газа из России и СПГ из США. анализируются вопросы транзита российского газа через Украину в Европу.

The article discusses current aspects of reforming the EU gas market, increasing the uncertainty and risks in the supply of Russian gas to Europe, Gazprom’s position in the EU market. It studies the possible role of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the energy supply of the EU and evaluates the competitive positions in Europe of the pipeline gas from Russia and LNG from the USA. The issues of transit of Russian gas through Ukraine to Europe are analyzed.
