В статье рассматривается исторический опыт торгово-промышленных палат Германии и России как института, содействующего развитию экономических связей, в том числе в условиях введения Западом антироссийских экономических санкций. Автор полагает, что в условиях сужения возможностей на межгосударственном уровне для сохранения и развития экономических связей целесообразно сделать ставку не на центральные предпринимательские союзы (Федеральный союз немецкой промышленности (BDI)), где тон задают крупнейшие предприятия и сильны интересы военно-промышленного комплекса, а на «низовые» предпринимательские ассоциации - региональные и местные германские и российские торгово-промышленные палаты и их центральные организации.
The article examines the historical experience of the chambers of Commerce of Germany and Russia as an institution that promotes economic ties, in the context of introduction of the West’s anti-Russian economic sanctions. The author believes that in the conditions of narrowing of opportunities at the international level for the preservation and development of economic relations it is expedient to place reliance not on Central business associations (Federal Association of German industry (BDI), where the tone is set by the largest enterprises and a strong military-industrial complex, but upon the “grass-roots” business associations - regional and local German and Russian chambers of Commerce and their Central organization.
