В статье рассматриваются ключевые показатели индустрии гостеприимства в период пандемии, проводится PEST-анализ отечественной туристической отрасли, определяются направления диверсификации деятельности предприятий сферы гостеприимства.

The article considers the key indicators of the hospitality industry during the pandemic, conducts a PEST-analysis of the Russian tourism industry, characterizes the directions for diversification of the activities of the hospitality enterprises.
