Статья посвящена следованию целям устойчивого развития (ЦУР) в России и Швеции, в частности, в ней рассматривается достижение данными странами цели № 7 ЦУР, включающей в себя обеспечение всеобщей доступности к электроэнергии, чистому топливу и технологиям для приготовления пищи, использование возобновляемых источников энергии и сокращение выбросов CO2 . Кроме того, в статье рассматривается вопрос развития моногородов в странах мира, а также достижение ими цели № 7 ЦУР. Приоритетное внимание уделяется примерам лучших практик достижения цели № 7 ЦУР в моногородах России и Швеции.

Currently, much attention is paid to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in Russia and Sweeden. The article, in particular, considers how those countries archived the SDG goal № 7 that plays an important role in ensuring the general access to electric energy, clean fuels and cooking technologies; renewable energy sources and reduction in CO2 emissions. In addition, the article looks into the development of single-industry towns in the countries of the world, as well as their achievement of SDG goal 7. Priority is given to examples of best practices for achieving SDG Goal 7 in single-industry towns in Russia and Sweden.
