В статье рассматриваются институты банковской и коммерческой тайны в контексте применения норм, которыми регулируются данные понятия. Проводятся разграничения сфер применения банковской тайны и коммерческой тайны, выявляются пробелы в законодательстве и предлагаются пути их устранения.

The article examines the institutions of banking and commercial secrets in the context of the application of the rules that govern the concepts. A distinction is made between the spheres of application of banking secrets and commercial secrets, gaps in legislation are identified and ways to eliminate them are proposed.
