Статья посвящена изучению правового статуса российских специальных административных районов (САР), в ней исследуется порядок получения статуса участника САР, анализируются причины формирования подобных особых территорий, цели и задачи их функционирования. Также автор рассматривает требования, предъявляемые потенциальным участникам САР.

The article is about the study of the legal status of Russian special administrative regions (SAR), as well it considers the procedure for obtaining the status of a SAR participant and analyzes the reasons for the formation of such special territories, the goals and objectives of their functioning. The author also goes into the requirements for potential participants in the SAR.
