Мировые тенденции развития экономики стран свидетельствуют об необходимости инновационного подхода, так как именно он обеспечивает научно-технический прогресс, позволяет создавать новые рабочие места, активизирует инвестиционные процессы, а также в целом способствует достижению технологического суверенитета. Такой подход отвечает объективным требованиям повышения конкурентоспособности экономики России, а также в связи с необходимостью осуществления технологической трансформации промышленных производств на высокотехнологичный уровень с целью достижения соответствия в данной сфере с зарубежными производителями и обеспечения импортозамещения. Не последнее место в данном процессе занимает модернизация промышленности. Именно поэтому в статье обоснованы особенности управления тенологической модернизацией промышленных предприятий в условиях, когда не только изменяются социально-экономические условия функционирования промышленных предприятий, а по сути происходит трансформация подходов к организации производственных процессов. Для этого проведен анализ инновационной активности и инновационной деятельности на предприятиях как в страновом разрезе, так и отдельно по Росийской Федерации. Обоснована необходимость технологической модернизации промышленных предприятий, в том числе предложены основные подходы к определению ее сущности, определены основные характеристики данного процесса и направления осуществления. Все это позволило обосновать концептуальную модель реализации технологической модернизации на промышленном предприятии, отвечающую современным реалиям развития.
Global trends in the development of the economies of countries indicate the need for an innovative approach, since it is the one that ensures scientific and technological progress, allows creating new jobs, activates investment processes, and generally contributes to the achievement of technological sovereignty. Such an approach meets the objective requirements of increasing the competitiveness of the Russian economy, as well as in connection with the need to implement a technological transformation of industrial production to a high-tech level in order to achieve compliance in the area with foreign manufacturers and ensure import substitution. Modernization of industry is not the least important issue in the process. That is why the article substantiates the specifics of managing the technological modernization of industrial enterprises in conditions when not only the socio-economic conditions of the functioning of industrial enterprises are changing, but in fact there is a transformation of approaches to the organization of production processes. To that end, an analysis of innovative activity and innovative actions at enterprises was conducted both by country and specifically for the Russian Federation. The need for technological modernization of industrial enterprises was substantiated, including the main approaches to determining its essence were proposed, the main characteristics of the process and the directions of implementation were defined. All that made it possible to substantiate a conceptual model for the implementation of technological modernization at an industrial enterprise that meets the modern realities of development.
