Руководство учебных заведений все чаще и чаще отождествляют с менеджерами, руководителями, управляющими, каждый год выпускающими новые поколения специалистов. Открытость к изменениям, педагогические инновации, предоставление государством школам самых современных аппаратных средств, стиль руководства школой, мнение в окружающей среде, положение в рейтинге являются факторами, влияющими на общий образ образовательного учреждения. Образовательный рынок является весьма конкурентоспособным, в дополнение к государственным и частным школам, и они пользуются все большей и большей популярностью. Это будет зависеть от способа управления школой и решения директора школы, будет ли во временной перспективе данное учебное подразделение оставаться на рынке или прекратит свое существование.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A school does not exist without students, teachers, administration and management staff. Headmasters of educational units are more and more often identified with managers, leaders, people managing a school turning out new generations of students each year. openness to changes, pedagogical innovations, equipping with state-of-the-art hardware, a specific school management style, an repute in the environment, a position in the ratings are all elements influencing the school image. The educational market is highly competitive, in addition to public schools private schools are also founded and they enjoy greater and greater popularity.
