Abstract
The article emphasizes that the vector of globalization continues to develop in the world economy, transforming and acquiring the features of a new model of economic development. In the global economic system, there is an overabundance of production of material goods, imbalances in their distribution, food and energy issues are worsening, social stratification is growing and the stratification of the world community is intensifying. ,As part of all that the process of forming and expanding international strategic alliances is of great importance. Given its weight in the global economy, Chinese initiatives play a key role, primarily in the development processes of African countries. The world is witnessing a process of geo-economic confrontation between major players who are reshaping segments of the global economy and seeking to occupy the most advantageous positions in the process of technological change. China is actually openly forming a zone of its dominance, where the Chinese currency will be relevant as opposed to the dollar. It is substantiated that within the framework of strategic alliances, a new picture of the future, a new model of the world economy will be formed in the future, which will determine the course of economic history for decades to come.
