Author Guidelines

1. The author of the article provides an extract from the resolution of the department (or any other scientific unit), where his research was realized. The extract has to contain the recommendation of the article to publication. The extract must be signed by the head of department (or scientific unit) or his deputy. The signature has to be notarized by personnel department of the organization.

2. The author of the article provides formalized and signed peer-review of a specialist – Doctor in science. The peer-review has to contain the recommendation for the article to publication.

3. The article provided by the author undergoes peer-reviewing by an expert of the editorial board of the journal (Doctor or PhD. in science) in the form of expert questionnaire approved by the editorial board. Examination is blind (anonymous).

4. All the peer-viewers must be acknowledged specialists in the academic area of the article they examine and must have publications on the same topic during 3 previous years. Peer-reviews must be preserved by the publisher and by the editorial board during 5 years.

5. The final decision on the acceptance of the article and its publication in one of the next issues of the journal must be made on the meeting of the editorial board. Such a decision must be registered in the protocol of the meetings.

6. Editorial board sends copies of peer-reviews or notifications of motivated denial to the authors of provided materials.

7. Editorial board sends copies of peer-reviews to the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation if requested.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one line spacing, font Times New Roman, 12 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).
  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
