The issues of the legislation on the amnesty of capitals with the use of foreign securities and trust management
Abstract
The article deals with the Law on Amnesty of Capital. An analysis was carried out to identify the gaps and shortcomings of this law, which presented difficulties for its practical implementation. Conclusions are made regarding the role of trust management of securities for the purposes of compliance with currency and tax legislation.
