Project approach to the formation of business strategies of small business in the present real estate market

Abstract

The article describes the options for the business strategy of a small enterprise in today’s real estate market of Moscow region. Some conclusions on the results of express-analysis of the effectiveness of the new real estate agency are made, an anti-crisis strategy of development of small enterprises is selected.
