An issue of leadership in the organization

Abstract

The article is devoted to issues of leadership development in organizations. Leader and leadership development are compared.It emphasizes the long, multi-level and group nature of leadership development. The content of the individual leader and collective leadership in the organization is considered. The basic tools of leadership development in the organization are described: 360-degreefeedback, experiential learning, action learning, coaching and mentoring.
