Abstract
The article considers one of the most important aspects of the many-sided activities of Zemstvo (County) agencies in pre-Soviet Russia - economic assistance to farmers, the experience of which has not lost its relevance these days. That assistance included activities on improving the culture of agrarian production, the productivity of peasant labour, the yield of the soil, the promotion of peasant cooperatives, the development of Handicrafts in villages and suburbs, the disaster management in the village (crop failures, famine, dispossession of peasants).

Abstract
The purpose of this article is the publication of results of the empirical analysis of money demand in modern Russia. For that end a theoretical basis and functional form of the money demand equation with the data for its evaluation were chosen, the best composition of the regressors in the equation was identified and econometric methodology was formulated. Also some tests for stationarity and cointegration of variables were made, error correction model was estimated as well as the stability of the demand for money function was tested.

Abstract
The article examines the socio-economic impacts of an uncontrolled growth of abnormal earnings. It introduces the concept of abnormal earnings as an income, the growth of which is not connected with the increase in production of sold and consumed products, as well as income from inconsumable products. The author argues that the uncontrolled growth of abnormal earnings has become one of the objective reasons of socio-economic and political collapse of the administrative command economy. It may cause also the profound socio-economic crises in countries with market economy.

Abstract
The article examines the historical experience of the chambers of Commerce of Germany and Russia as an institution that promotes economic ties, in the context of introduction of the West’s anti-Russian economic sanctions. The author believes that in the conditions of narrowing of opportunities at the international level for the preservation and development of economic relations it is expedient to place reliance not on Central business associations (Federal Association of German industry (BDI), where the tone is set by the largest enterprises and a strong military-industrial complex, but upon the “grass-roots” business associations - regional and local German and Russian chambers of Commerce and their Central organization.

The author considers actions so relevant in modern conditions of sanctions and embargoes by Western countries for the importation and exportation of agricultural products, raw materials and food in our country, i. e. foreign trade aspect of food security of Russia. At the same time the author examines to what extent Russian export to those countries decreased.
