A qualified investor: the international experience

Abstract

The article analyzes the foreign experience in applying the institution of a qualified investor in the United States, the European Union, Braziland Israel. A comparative characteristic of the qualifying features of the institution of a qualified investor is given, positive aspects of foreign legislation that can be applied in the Russian legislation are noted.
