Human resources potential of the Russian economy: risks and opportunities

Abstract

The article presents the results of the authors‘ study of the personnel potential of the Russian economy. Following the analysis of the main indicators of personnel potential, the risks for the sustainable development in the economy are identified and the possibilities of their minimization are shown.
