Legal nature of assignment of the right of claim (cession) in credit relations

Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal regulation of assignment of claims arising in credit relations. The analysis of the current legislation which provides appropriate transfer of this type of requirements is made. The balance of interests of the parties on the assignment is studied, what serves as a basis to propose solutions for improving the legislation.
