Issues of delimitation distinction and application of norms providing for the implementation of the right to bank and commercial secrets

Abstract
The article examines the institutions of banking and commercial secrets in the context of the application of the rules that govern the concepts. A distinction is made between the spheres of application of banking secrets and commercial secrets, gaps in legislation are identified and ways to eliminate them are proposed.
