Psychological dysfunctions management as a tool to improve reliability of the operation of control systems
Abstract
The article gives a more accurate definition of the notion psychological dysfunctions management as well as its basic distinctive features and peculiarities of that phenomenon. The general causes and sources of psychological dysfunctions are specified, classified and systemized. The general aims, problems and directions of the dysfunctions management are elaborated.
