Cand. of Sci. (Economics), assоciate professor

In 2001, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics, Management and Law, specializing in Finance and Credit.

From 2004 to 2012, he taught original lecture courses on economics and sociology at the Institute of Management and Informatics, Moscow.

From 2012 to 2016, he worked in senior management positions in executive authorities, and from 2016 to 2019, in legislative authorities.

He defended his PhD thesis on "Social Policy of a Large Economic System: Content, Methodological Support, Development" at the State University of Management.

He lectured at the Department of Economics at the Institute of International Economic Relations, Moscow.

In 2019–2021, he was an associate professor at the Department of Public and Municipal Administration at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

In 2021–2023 – Deputy Director of the Patrice Lumumba International Youth Center of RUDN University, author of a course of lectures at the Department of Management and Law of the Institute of International Economic Relations.

In 2023–2024 – Vice-Rector for Property Management and Project Activities.

2025 to present – First Vice-Rector, Head of the Department of Management, Faculty of Management, Institute of Social and Economic Sciences

Research interests

Research of socio-economic and political processes, prospects for socio-economic development of Russia, social responsibility of business.
