Abstract

The article investigates the effect of digitalization of economic sectors on the state of the Russian labor market. Digitalization of economic sectors not only leads to a change in the structure of employment in industries related to IT technologies, but also fundamentally changes the demand for labor resources and their supply in the economy as a whole. Moreover, changes are happening so rapidly that the education system is not able to keep up with this process. On the one hand, the demand for specialists in intellectual work is growing not only in high technology, but also in the field of public services (education, healthcare, insurance, etc.); on the other hand – introducing the artificial intelligence will lead not so much to an increase in the efficiency of a person’s work as to its gradual displacement from digitized processes.

Under those conditions, serious transformations that are taking place everywhere due to the introduction of global networks require new formats of the activities management and organization. That primarily refers to the employment services, the education and training system, whose proactive measures will help to alleviate the unemployment severity

Abstract
In the presented paper, various approaches to determining the term “market instruments” are analyzed, modern market instruments are highlighted and classified. Further, the selected categories of market instruments are analyzed in the context of the congress and exhibition activities of enterprises. The congress and exhibition activities were chosen for the study, because exactly the communication and the exchange of experience is the foundation for the modern economy, and therefore events where entrepreneurs have the opportunity to get to know each other, agree on cooperation and exchange experience become important. To ensure the intensive development of enterprises in the field of the congress and exhibition activities, special market instruments are needed. Direct borrowing of instruments from the other areas is unlikely to be effective, since in that case the features of the development and course of the business process in the system of services for organizing the exhibitions, congresses, and conferences are ignored. As a result of writing this paper, key market instruments of the congress and exhibition enterprises were highlighted.

Abstract
The paper analyses transformations in the organization and management of education in the countries of Southeast Asia, caused by the active processes of the information and economic globalization in the region. It is noted that in the states of Southeast Asia there are historically established prerequisites uniting the peoples living there with a common historical path, cultural traditions, ideology and religions (primarily Buddhism and, to a lesser extent, Islam), recently, they have also been supplemented by multifaceted experience in reforming the national educational sphere in response to current challenges. Particular attention is drawn to the use of the information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process at all levels, national projects for the development of distance education (DE) and regional peculiarities of creating and conducting the mass open online courses (MOOC) in the countries of the region. It is shown that the educational potential of ICT is considered by the regional governments of these countries as a significant source of innovation, which will allow in the very near future to smooth out socio-economic inequality in the region and increase the competitiveness of national economies. The exchange of experience in this area is of undoubted interest for the rest of the world, primarily for countries with a similar socio-economic situation.

Abstract
The article analyzed various factors that influence the pricing system of players in the management system of a football club. The main problems of the described subject area are identified. First of all, the problems of developing the transfer market of professional players requires studying not only market participants, but also creating a methodology for the initial assessment of the value of players. The current system of pricing for players, which is used in most football clubs, is considered. Its current analysis is carried out, the main directions for potential development are identified. A regression analysis of key factors with the presentation of the mathematical apparatus of the model. An assessment of the results of the obtained correlation coefficients from the point of view of factors affecting the pricing system of players is presented. The main problems of the described subject area are identified. First of all, the problems of developing the transfer market of professional players requires studying not only market participants, but also creating a methodology for the initial assessment of the value of players. It has been established that the influence of sports achievements on the transfer cost decreases with increasing age, and the athlete’s high level of publicity, on the contrary, can significantly increase the price of the contract. A regression model of the main influencing factors is constructed, and correlation coefficients are estimated, which make it possible to analyze the current pricing system for players.

Abstract
The article discusses technological factors that undermine the concept of gas exhaustion as a natural resource. These include the scaling of technologies for liquefied natural gas and shale gas production, as well as technologies for the production of synthetic methane based on renewable energy sources and technology for the development of gas hydrate deposits, which are under exploration. Technological advances reduce the value of the gas exhaustion factor, which leads to new risks and opportunities for players in global gas markets.

Abstract
A deep retrospective analysis of the inflow of foreign direct investment (FDI) into the Hungarian economy made it possible to show the structural changes in the accumulated capital and highlight several models for attracting FDI. The characteristic features of the modern model of attracting direct investments are identified: a more cautious and selective attitude to foreign capital, the transformation in the position of the foreign TNCs branches (in order to transfer capital to other countries in the region), the growing influence of national Hungarian TNCs, an unformulated government strategy to nationalize Hungarian energy sector. Nevertheless, it is hardly possible to speak about systemic changes in attracting capital to the country. Instead, one might talk about a more balanced attitude to the current stage of globalization in the world economy.

Abstract
The article analyzes the current features of Russian foreign trade. Positive shifts are evident – it was a success when overcoming the imbalance in trade relations with China, and in general, in 2018, the restoration of the positive dynamics of Russian Foreign trade and, above all, export, which began in 2017, continued. In addition, finally, the process of de-dollarization of Russian foreign trade was intensified. At the same time, one cannot fail to note unfavorable moments: first of all, a decrease in the share of non-primary and non-energy goods in the whole value of exports. Russia, of course, has a strategic vision of how to develop national exports. At the same time, given the uncertainty currently characterizing the state of the international trading system, it seems logical to take a break to rethink the global shifts that have not yet been completed and to focus on the de-dollarization of the Russian foreign trade as well as on most active participation in the formation of new contours of the system, in particular in the reformatting of the “WTO” into the “WTO plus”.

Abstract
The review analyzes the monographic study “Socio-humanitarian meanings and meanings of law” presented by the team of the Department of Theory of Law and Comparative Law of the Russian State University for the Humanities. The goal-setting of the group of authors consists in intensifying scientific searches in the direction of describing and exploring the new (until recently, not realized and not reflected) ontological forms and aspects of legal reality and developing alternative methodological approaches to their understanding and analysis. The team of authors, emphasizing the multiplicity of social factors and manifestations ofl aw, pluralism of its sense and meanings, which is reflected in the title of the monograph, proceeds from the fact that law is not a set of abstract verbal formulations that have an imperative effect on society regardless its own will, but a social structure designed and reproduced in the consciousness, motivation and practices of individuals and social groups.
