Abstract

The article emphasizes the need to develop corporate business based on high-tech projects in order to create products of tomorrow that are widely in demand by the market and competitive on a global scale. There is an increased role of enterprises engaged in the introduction of innovations, which represent the fundamental basis of a new type of economy, called today “smart”, “innovative”, “knowledge-intensive”, “reasonably managed”. In these circumstances, knowledge becomes the most important competence.
To adapt to the challenges of the 21st century, companies need to disclose the intellectual potential of personnel, assuming fundamentally different quantitative and qualitative characteristics. That, in turn, directly affects the further optimization of their organizational architecture. Its change is also associated with the development of artificial intelligence and IT technologies, which is proved by the example of considering a 5-level integrated model of productivity and maturity.
The authors note the relevance for Russia of the development and implementation of projects based on the automation of event tracking, digital twins and other innovations of the IV Industrial Revolution.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is a solution in the issue of accelerating economic growth in Russia, which was relevant even before the “covid” economic crisis, retaining its central importance after it. Various approaches are analyzed to identify opportunities to achieve the goal of accelerating growth. The research methodology is a macroeconomic and structural analysis of growth, the application of which makes it possible to identify the presence of not only the lack of investment for the new growth model, but also the lack of aggregate demand, which is evident from the increase in social stratification and the growth of poverty in Russia.
The article considers various options of macroeconomic policy that can be used to overcome the “covid” economic crisis with an assessment of the expected effectiveness of their application.
It also carries out a structural analysis of GDP by expenditures revealing how the 2020 crisis was distributed (by quarters) by the components of the product being created. That makes it possible to reveal the extent of the impact of the crisis on the economy, which must be taken into account when formulating a policy of economic growth with a solution to the issue of accelerating it after a “covid” crisis.
Analysis of the structure of GDP growth gives a clear idea of the root causes of the sluggish pre-crisis dynamics of the Russian economy. It is only after the elimination of those reasons one should be engaged in organizing a new growth model in Russia. The recipes for macroeconomic policy and forecasts proposed today only reflect the current state of affairs, without in any way advancing the above issue. The analytical perspective for the solution is seen in the subordinate goal of accelerating the correction growth of the structure and institutions regulating the economy.
So and in no other way one can ensure not only the pace, but also the quality of future growth.

The importance of developing exports via the Internet is noted, as well as a significant increase in the revenue of Russian online retail exports in 2020. Abstract

The article analyzes the state and prospects of creating ecosystems in the sharing model – the economy of collaborative consumption (CCE) and sharing (SE). The authors show that the creation of ecosystems is most promising in the SE segment, although individual ecosystems can be formed and used in the CCE segment. Examples of foreign and Russian experience in creating such ecosystems are considered. The article provides a critical analysis of the points of view of foreign authors on the mixing of the principles of the functioning of the sharing economy and the cooperative, collaborative activities of companies. Sharing in many foreign publications is often commercialized while ignoring or obscuring its social essence. Sharing ecosystems are equated to the ecosystems of large corporations (financial, bigtechs), which, as the practice of their functioning testifies, lead to monopolization. At the same time, the sharing model, identified with simple cooperation, collaboration, “fits” into the model of a modern market economy. In Russia, ecosystems are created more often on the basis of large banks, and abroad on the basis of bigtechs. The marketplace model plays a significant role in the formation of ecosystems. In Russia, few of the companies operating according to the sharing model manage to create their own ecosystem, especially in the CCE segment

Abstract

The author analyzes the innovation infrastructure from the point of view of its methodological basis, with consideration of the features for the concept interpretation; besides he gives the properties and elements of the complex of interdependent structures in innovation activity. The article reflects the need to form such an innovative infrastructure, which will subsequently give an impetus not to extensive economic development (transformation of quantitative parameters in order to expand the reproduction of both the financial and material resources), but to purposefully innovative one (rapidly changing rates of improvement in people’s life contribute to accelerating the demand for the quality of goods and services provided and for their diversification – creation and formation of technoparks, technopolises, the production facilities, of which the basis is intellectual productivity and capital). The structure and components are also studied, the functionality of the innovation infrastructure is presented in the context of three positions, the main approaches to the study of the current process are highlighted. The presented analysis allowed drawing a conclusion that innovation is a link between companies in a civilized way. Today the central issue is the formation of arguments for the innovative way of action of all economic entities and the expansion of their combined implementation with the research and development sector with support for the developed innovative infrastructure.
