The article analyzes the following methods for assessing an effectiveness of the financial planning system: the system of evaluation by the result, the evaluation of the financial planning system as an investment project, the dynamic evaluation of the financial planning system, and the evaluation of the financial planning system on the basis of its own system of performance indicators.The study result allows authors to proceed with the formulation of an integrated approach to assessing an effectiveness of the financial planning system.

The formation of solid mineral wastes is one of the problems of mining industry. Enterprises have to incur significant expenses for the waste storages maintenance and the negative environmental impact reducing. One of prospectives for reducing those effects is the wastes reusing. The decisions made for that require an environmental and economic assessment taking into account all relevant factors. An approach to the development of an economic-mathematical model and a mechanism for the ecological and economic evaluation of the utilization of technogenic deposits is proposed.

The article is dedicated to the research of most common situations in the relations of banks with other legal entities that entail such consequences as the must for one of the parties to the bank account agreement apply civil liability norms to the counter party. Special attention is paid to the causes of the necessity for taking various kinds of liability measures under the contract of banking account. The article is devoted to the discourse of customary law of medieval France. Despite the reduction of the role of customary law in the Romano-Germanic legal family, it deserves the attention of researchers in particular from the point of view of this discourse, because the customs and usages, regardless of the positivism dominance, have reason for existence in the French commercial and labor law, in the International law and in that of the European union.

The article deals with the Law on Amnesty of Capital. An analysis was carried out to identify the gaps and shortcomings of this law, which presented difficulties for its practical implementation. Conclusions are made regarding the role of trust management of securities for the purposes of compliance with currency and tax legislation.
