Abstract
The article considers issues related to the period of the search fora new formula of the world order because of the crisis in the existing dollar system and notably an issue is about the transition to a certain new system within which key elements of the previously existing gold-exchange standard can be incorporated. In these circumstances, Russia theoretically has only a few years to use the temporary uncertainty in the West, for launching a truly sovereign model of the economy and, first of all, on the basis of a cardinal reformatting of the external economic model.

Abstract
Strengthening the economic sovereignty of the Russian Federation is seen as the most important goal in the Strategy for Economic Security of Russia for the period until 2030, as fast as there occurs the growth in danger of unleashing by the world financial oligarchy a new world war with the aim of instantly “zeroing out” debts, which by now have reached their critical mass. Securing the economic sovereignty of the Russian Federation will create an alternative geo-economic pole with the participation of civilizations that do not accept the “golden calf”cult and violence, that reject the unjust system with the privileged position of the world reserve currencies and that strive for economic cooperation based on respect for state sovereignty, equality and mutual benefit. The article considers attempts of our country to dedollarize the world economy, and analyzes both the history and our times.

The authors propose a new approach to the functioning efficiency of the financial planning system as the degree of economic justifiability of expenses incurred by the Corporation in connection with the functioning of this system, highlighting the main assessment directions (aspects): organizational, managerial, financial, technological. Abstract
The article examines the main characteristics and features of the pharmaceutical market, which include: high costs of the market,highly qualified personnel, availability of special equipment, high rates of development, and others. Particular attention is paid to the formation of the product portfolio of pharmaceutical companies. This article describes the use of the two methods - the matrixes of the Boston Consulting Group and the McKinsey matrixes for forming the product portfolio of the pharmaceutical company “Evalar”. Using those techniques, allows pharmaceutical companies to form their product portfolio best.

Abstract
The article considers conditioning the historical process of forming the law by the achieved level of development in property relations and their separation from the power, thus securing the sufficient subjectivity of individuals and the possibility of wide dissemination of the regulatory equivalence principle. It is demonstrated that the private property institution which casted itself in a stable form is not only the most important empirical marker of the phenomenon of law as such,but also the institutional basis on which other legal institutions are formed.

Abstract
The article highlights the features and tendencies of development of legal regulation in compulsory medical insurance in Russia. It identifies the essence and content of the legal provision of medical insurance as the basis for social protection in the socially-oriented market economy conditions of Russia. By the example of an analysis of compulsory medical insurance existing in Russia and in the Customs Union countries,specific measures are proposed to improve the legal provision of compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation.
