Abstract

In this paper, a comparative analysis of the socio-economic activities of the University of Dubna (7000 people) and the Russian State University for the Humanities (38500) was carried out on the basis of unique data extracted from the VKontakte network with the help of original software. The structure and temporal dynamics of a number of indicators are studied: the students demographics; the geography of the students arrival, the distribution of studying directions in terms of gender. Differences in the development of regional and Moscow HEI revealed during the analysis are discussed. In conclusion, the prospects for the development of the methodology are disclosed.

Abstract

The article presents results of the study conducted by the author in the transformation of staff training in modern conditions. It identifies the main factors that determine the need for the transformation of staff training in organizations. Following the analysis of statistical data, expert opinions and survey results of consulting companies on the research topic the author identifies the basic trends in the development of training systems, describes the issues of introducing new teaching methods and formats into the practice of domestic organizations, and also showes how to solve them.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis and practice of creating and applying mass open online courses (MOOC). Relevant features of the implementation of mass open online courses in multilingual and multicultural educational environment are discussed. It is shown that basic MOOC technologies, Web-2.0 capacities in the first hand, have an impact on the traditional and innovative didactic methods used both in distance and traditional education.

Abstract

The article assesses the impact of sanctions at various levels of economic activity, in particular, at the global, country and corporate levels. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the growing geopolitical tensions associated with the introduction of sanctions againstRussia, and a significant degree of effect on the economies of other states in those conditions.

The purpose of the study is the identifying and systematizing factors of the sanctions impact on the economy of the state. To achieve that goal, the following tasks were solved: the consequences of the introduction of sanctions againstRussiaand foreign countries were studied, the basic directions of the impact were identified and the systematization was carried out by selected criteria. The article also presents an assessment of the effect of sanctions on the Russian economy in the context of the classification of the types of impact of sanctions in effect.

Abstract

The current situation of social entrepreneurship state support inRussiais considered from the position of creating conditions for its development, as well as the possibilities of implementing socially significant projects.

There are a number of regulations in which issues of small business support are raised, including the activities of entrepreneurs in the social sphere. It was also noted that a number of changes in legislation are being prepared, allowing to make socially significant activities more attractive for entrepreneurs. That should ensure the involvement of business resources in social projects. However, at present, legislation in the field of state support and regulation of social entrepreneurship inRussiais not sufficiently developed.

A number of state programs of social support for citizens are being implemented, partly contributing to the development of social entrepreneurship. There is also an institutional environment to support social entrepreneurship, including federal and local authorities, commercial structures, public organizations, etc.

Russian legislation provides for a number of taxation and other benefits for entrepreneurs engaged in socially significant activities.

Following the analysis, the main features of state regulation and support for social entrepreneurship inRussiawere formulated, including the definition of social entrepreneurship, the development of its concept, the subjects of social entrepreneurship, financing issues and benefits.

Abstract

The main problems that arise in the process of personnel selection during achievement of the task of improving the efficiency of the process in commercial organizations are analyzed in the article. Their elimination contributes in improvement of the quality of the work carried out by the hired staff, the deployment of existing potential, and, as a consequence, increase in competitiveness of organizations. The article explores the specific activities which are aimed at ensuring high quality of personnel selection, the usage of information technologies in the process of selection, and the issues and difficulties encountered in the process of selection. It is proposed to expand the applied evaluation criteria in order to solve them. The authors suggested the usage of mono/poly-criterial indicator for assessing the effectiveness of the methods of personnel selection. It can be applied together with the indicator for the validity in personnel selection. It is recommended to be used in unison with selection methods. On the basis of the fulfilled study the variant of systematization of methods for personnel selections is proposed. The special attention in the article is paid to the need of taking into account the organization corporate competencies which are required by the organization, and it also emphasizes that the business and personal characteristics of a potential employee should be taken into consideration when assessing the complex of his qualities.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the socio-criminological characteristics of crimes committed against persons administering justice and preliminary investigation.The author analyzes features of justice as a criminal protected object in the context of their understanding in the current Criminal code of theRussian Federation. The status and dynamics of crimes against justice in general and against persons administering justice and preliminary investigation in particular are investigated оn the basis of the analysis of judicial statistics data. The author considers the quantitative indicators of 2015-2017 for the persons in respect of whom court decisions were taken in relevant criminal cases, and defines features of the punishment imposed on them. Also the article following the study of statistical data on the composition of the convicts on the reviewed articles, establishes their distinctive features, which are integral elements of the socio-criminological characteristics of such criminals. In conclusion, the author presents the inferences on the trends in the socio-criminological characteristics of crimes committed against persons administering justice and preliminary investigation revealed by the analysis of relevant data.

An attempt was made to analyze the main criminological characteristics that characterize this sphere of criminal activity. There is a classification of crimes in the field of high technology.

The key issues for the implementation of the criminal policy in the field of high technologies are indicated, ways of their resolution are proposed.
