Abstract
The transition to a post-industrial, information society development stage is characterized by a significant change in the role of the main production factors and resources (land, labor, capital). The article analyses the new production resources content in the face of increasing the role of “digital” capital that is invested in information technology, automation, artificial intelligence, robotics and so on. The “digital” equity reflects information basic property - the ease and low cost of replication in conjunction with the global and application simultaneousness. The authors show that this type of capital begins to dominate as the main point of growth in global wealth and competition. A well founded conclusion is made that for the production of “digital” capital national sovereignty is no longer a barrier what makes wars for material resources, labor and intellectual capital, meaningless, but intensifies the struggle for access to the “head” of consumers.

Abstract
One important area that identifies and characterizes a lot of aspects of economic, social and political life, is economic security. The problems of economic security approaches to its definition, content, mechanisms of interaction with other spheres of social and socio-economic life of society, require a complex historical, scientific, logical and philosophical approach. The article explains the thesis that it is marketing planning of economic security based on application of strategic maps, will be a tool for the solution of national economic and political problems in the global competition.

Abstract
Management of the educational process is considered as a social technology, producing results with the specified parameters. Federal State Educational Standard, as normative document for the management of the educational program, sets these parameters in the configuration of competences and defines the basic educational technology to achieve them. Ideally, that guarantees results to be a quality “manufactured product”. But in practice, the implementation of the program faces a number of problems of subjective and objective character. Abstract
The author explores the institution of the state of the twentieth century. The paper presents the basic views of foreign scientists involved in the study of the state of post-industrial society, namely, such as Francis Fukuyama, Adam Przeworski, Alvin Toffler, Manuel Castells, Spengler, Patrick Buchanan. At the same time, the views of Russian scientists - D.I. Mendeleyev, N. Alexeev are considered. Material is provided with a comparative table of changes in the number of electoral democracies, which allows us to consider the evolution of democracy in the countries of the world community, in the interval from 1990 to 2010. The author assigns a special role of the state and government in the Russian Federation.

Since Russia has ratified anti-corruption conventions the problem of legal recognition of the legal person criminal liability again attains a high priority.
