Abstract
This article examines trends in the Russian sports industry management development and analyzes the content of sports industry and its component parts, the prospects for their development in the Russian Federation at major international competitions. Abstract
The objectives to improve the competitiveness of the Russian economy, actualized an issue of improving the human resources and human capital development. That leads to the creation of innovative infrastructure regulation of labor relations and the educational trajectories, based on the European experience of reforms in the field of education and labor. Abstract
In this article the author discusses the application of counter measures as a special form of response of the injured states to the wrongful acts of another. The author focuses on the delimitation of the definition of “countermeasures” from the definition “international sanctions” that are imposed at the level of the collective security mechanism of the UN and are measures of international legal responsibility.Their basis should be the guilty (as a rule) and illegal, recognized as such by the international community, act of the state, held responsible. “Sectoral” and other sanctions of the US, EU and some else states against Russia (for the so-called “illegal annexation of Crimea” and“destabilizing the situation in Ukraine”) have neither reason nor appropriate formalization. They are legally accepted by Russian Federation as the aggressive behavior of a group of states, that actualizes Russia’s imposing of countermeasures, better known as “anti-sanctions”.

Abstract
The system of the Russian enterprise law at the present stage includes the international and internal subsystems of rules of law. In the present article the norms of international law regulating business are investigated taking into account approaches of the general theory of the right, international and enterprise law. Conclusions of this article allow the practicing lawyers and judicial authorities to use effectively norms of international law in relation to concrete enterprise legal relations.
