Abstract
The article analyzes the practical experience of one of the leading Russian universities in developing a general developmental program for additional education for children and adults aimed at developing financial culture among Russian schoolchildren, students and parents.Particular attention is paid to the introduction of this program in the educational environment of the university. It is noted that in current economic conditions, the education of children and adults, aimed at the formation and development of their financial culture, is an indispensable tool for protecting the population from financial risks and improving their financial literacy, specifically for the organization of their own business.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the reliability of distributed data processing systems operating on the basis of unreliable computer networks. The situation is considered when, in addition to placing replicas and reserves of data sets in nodes of a computer network, data recovery methods are used in case of its destruction. The conditions under which it is advisable to use the closest node or archive of magnetic carriers as a redundant reserve or an undisturbed operational reserve are analyzed. The problem of determining the optimal scheme for reconstructing the destroyed replicas and the reserve of data sets is considered.

Abstract
The present article is devoted to the study of the Weimar Republic heritage influencing the Germany’s economy escape from the depression during the Nazi regime. The author argues that the crisis overcoming was caused mainly by reduction of import. The development of housing and industrial construction was launched, as the author argues, in the times of Weimar. The Nazi regime borrowed principles of budgetary discipline from Weimar Germany. The author presents data from German documents previously not published and attracted much attention of researchers.

Abstract
In the present work, the activity of the university is analyzed on the basis of unique data of 7000 students from the University of Dubna obtained from the social network VKontakte. For semi-automatic data extraction, special software was developed. The structure and temporal dynamics of a number of indicators are studied such as: demographics of students; geography of the arrival of students, including GIS analysis(visualization); distribution in the areas of study. In conclusion, the prospects for the methodology development are discussed.

Abstract
The article studies major trends in innovations, science and education in Russia in 2000s. The analysis of key indicators (R&D expenditure, patent applications, the share of innovative companies, number of innovative technologies) shows that the recent increase in R&D expenditure has not resulted in significant improvements in the innovative and research activities. R&D expenditure itself is also still not sufficient. Moreover, the interest towards innovations and R&D among private companies is at a very low level compared to other countries.All these factors dwarf the successful development of the Russian national innovation system as well as demonstrate poor ties between its elements.

Abstract
The article is devoted to some real estate transactions carried out by individuals through a credit institution and falling under the requirements of the Russian legislation on combating money laundering and terrorism financing. At the same time, the transaction itself is subject to mandatory control, which is essentially a non-core activity for a loan organization. The article suggests specific measures to increase the effectiveness of Russian credit institutions by modernizing the domestic anti-legalization legislation with regard to mandatory control.
